Our staff is available for advertising review, advice about compliance issues and to answer your questions. Compliance Manual      Comprehensive manual created by internal Compliance Officers, formerly with the OCC and FDIC, contains the necessary pieces to assist your institution in developing a compliance program. The manual serves as a handy reference guide for program personnel to use while monitoring day-to-day activities. Pre-audit Preparation Review      Our regional support staff and compliance staff works with our financial institution partners to prepare them for audits conducted by outside regulatory agencies. OSJ Supervision      It is not a requirement of GAA that OSJ supervision duties be performed at the branch level. The OSJ duties will be provided by the GAA Home Office, which is an NASD Registered Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction. Branch Office Audits      As a registered NASD branch, GAA will provide a member of our staff to audit your branch for NASD and financial institution compliance. The on-site audit will include reviews of your customer files, program files, advertising and signage, and office procedures.
